Cancellation And Refund Policies

Cancellations must be submitted ONLY in writing to info@futbolmasmujer.com. Cancellations made by any other means will not be accepted.
If the cancellation is received by March 31st, 2024 i.e. 80 days before the beginning of the event, deposits paid until that date will be reimbursed except for an 80€ administrative fee which will be deducted from deposits paid to date. The balance will be reimbursed within 10 to 20 days of the cancellation.
A cancellation received between April 1 and May 19th, 2024 i.e. between 79 and 30 days before the event, will incur a fee of 30 % of the total deposits paid up to date. The balance will be reimbursed within 10 to 20 days of the cancellation.
A cancellation received between May 20th, 2024 and the day of the event i.e. between 29 days and the day of the event, will be penalized with 100% of the total deposits paid to date.
In case of a cancellation due to a major problem of the attendee (personal problems, illness etc.), we would please ask you to let us know in writing so that we can address your case and help with the deposits reimbursements if it applies.
